Step 1. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is a legal contract between two or more parties that signifies a confidential relationship exists between them. The confidential relationship exists because the parties share information among themselves that should not be made available to any other parties outside of those involved, such as competitors or the general public

Step 3. The SA (Service Agreement)

A Service Agreement is a written document that describes the terms of a service provided by one party to another in exchange for compensation. This agreement details all terms and conditions of a Client’s engagement with ClaimReturn, Inc.

Step 2. The BAA (Business Associate Agreement I HIPAA)

With the continued growth of healthcare data and a higher degree of interchangeability between data systems, HIPAA covered entities will need to form partnerships with other organizations to ensure the security of their data assets. This partnership is known as business associate agreement (BAA). ClaimReturn utilizes a Microsoft based and HIPAA constrained BAA Agreement to make this process seamless.
